The DT-250 MAX is a portable electric cutter ideal for ceramic floors and walls, including porcelain stoneware and other materials.

Thanks to its compact design, it is perfect for repair or renovation work, as it allows us to make precise cuts and obtain high-quality finishes. It incorporates the C3 System Phyton to minimise water loss and allows us to direct the water output flow to the point where most need it, depending on the material you are going to cut.

If you cut hard materials, it will focus the jet directly where the disc touches the ceramic, which is the point where the highest temperature will be produced, and if it is an abrasive construction material, we will place the water outlet on the top of the disc so that it cleans it effectively to deal with these materials that do not acquire as much temperature during cutting or require as much cooling.

The zero dust system allows the DT-250 MAX to reduce the amount of suspended particles during cutting, improving safety and comfort during cutting. It incorporates an adjustable side stop from 0º to 45º to make repetitive cuts that together with the tilting head will allow us to make precise bevel or mitre cuts at 22.5º and 45º.

In addition, it has the advantage of a head with a mitre saw, effective for those more precise cuts or simply where you have to adjust the height of the disc. The DT-250 MAX is designed to improve the comfort and portability of the machine, for this it includes a folding steel tube support with wheels, so transport will be easier as well as its storage. It has a water tank with a maximum capacity of 19 litres (5.02 gal) with a level indicator, this provides optimal cooling to prolong the life of the disc and improve the quality of the cut.

The main aluminium table with a rubber surface, together with its side and rear extensions in reinforced plastic, results in great stability, less vibrations and more safety in each cut we make. To improve cutting precision, the DT-250 MAX incorporates a laser pointer where the path along which the disc will make the cut will be visible.
