NOTE: Do not over-apply as a heavy layer or with too many coats as it may cause unsightly build-up/affect slip resistance and/or reduce the efficiency of the product. Hardens after about an hour but will take a further 3 days to achieve full hardness and become fully resistant.

Interior and Exterior use: A low-maintenance film-forming surface sealer and protector. Enhances and embellishes the appearance. Highly resistant to wear and stains. Facilitates maintenance and cleaning. Leaves surfaces with a 'just washed' look.

Directions for use: For newly installed surfaces, ensure the surface is completely clean, dry and free from cement and grout stains (see LTP Cement, Grout and Salt Remover). For existing surfaces, clean and degrease the surface with LTP Grimex and rinse well. Leave the surface to dry out thoroughly (24 hours) before treating.

Application: Apply using a foam roller, sealant applicator pad, or paint brush. Pour contents into a separate container or dip tray. Apply to the surface without rubbing until an evenly thin film is created. Allow to dry for 1 hour. For a more enhanced appearance, further coats should be applied at right angles to the first (maximum 4).

Aftercare: Routinely sweep surfaces. Mop regularly using LTP Porcelain Floor Tile Cleaner. At some stage (every 2-3 years), complete renovation may be desired. In this case, use LTP Solvex to strip the original coating before re-applying. Regular cleaning with steam cleaners, jet washers and strong detergents should be avoided.
